There's no film version of 'Wicked' ... yet. But there undoubtedly will be one within the next couple of years. Any movie version of the popular play, and book upon which it's based, has every chance of breaking just as many records as the book and stage versions. Why wouldn't it? The homework is all done regarding catchy dancing and singing, compelling plot, and dramatic costuming and setting.
There well may be a film about the Wicked Witch of the East if the success of the musical 'Wicked' continues.
