What is the easiest way to catch regigigas?

First, you need to have 4 Pokemon with the double crush move, 2 tangala's (or something else with the same move), and 1 Pokemon with the double cut move. Then, get to Fall City and enter Krokkas cave. Go up until you find a Dugtrio statue. go right until you find 2 bellsprout and a save machine. Go through the door where the save machine is. Once there follow the path until you find a slim tunnel. Go through it and continue straight up through the door. Then go all the way right and through the other door. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DOOR ABOVE YOU! You should enter through to a...well...blue place....go straight down and through the door. Go left and up and enter the door where the save machine is. You should pass 2 Gravelers. Now you should be in a blue room where there are tons of Zubat. Once there go to the left as far as you can. Try not to get hit with there confuse ray. If you do don't freak it wears off! There should be a river and a pole on the other side. Use one of your Pokemon to help you get across. Then follow the path down and go through an entrance way, you should fall out of this square door. Once you do that go left. You should find a Magneton. Catch it. it could help when you are catching Registeel. Ok now you will find 2 door things....one is blocked by a boulder and one is blocked by a fence. Go to the one that is blocked by a fence and use your double cut Pokemon to get through. Once in you'll find about 7, maybe 8 boulders. You can only bash 4 of them so chose wisely. I went down the middle and that's how i got through but im sure there are other ways. once there you are going to find a gap and two poles. The one you are currently standing next to is the one you will use to get back and the other you will use to get across right now. Yes i know what you're thinking, but how will i get back? Don't worry there's a Tangala on the other side! once you get across you should have no other Pokemon except your partner Pokemon, unless you nabbed that magneton which was a good idea but hey, no turning back now! Go straight up and you will find a door that looks just like regirock and regice's caves go through it and good luck! If you run to low on life, don't worry get out of there grab that Tangala and leave. It's ok, even if you leave the cave you can come back with, maybe Pokemon to assist you in battle and the boulders will still be bashed and the gate still cut. But you will need 2 more Tangalas or ivysaurs or whatever! GOOD LUCK! (Hint: Try using a torchic or cyndaquil to fight registeel it worked for me! You can also try using your partner Pokemon but it's electricity wont keep it stunned for a clean catch!)

First you have to go to the Sealed Chamber. Go to the front of the room and use Dig. Then you will need to have a Wailord in the first slot of your party and Relicanth in your last. Go to the front of the room and talk to the wall. If it doesn't work, switch Relicanth and Wailord. You should hear an earthquake sound and it will say it sounded like doors from far away had opened. Not those exact words, though. Go to the desert next to Mauville. Go to the front of the room. Go left 2 then down 2 and use rock smash. the wall should open and in there is Regirock. Now go west from Petalburg and go to the beach. Surf down until you see an island. Go west of that island and surf north. you should see another ruins. go in and go to the wall. Run a full lap of the cave counter clockwise. the wall should open and in there is Regice. Now go to Fortree. Go east out of the city and go through the tall grass and over the bridge. Just follow the path and go through the tall grass. Go over the other bridge now. Go down until you see a girl with green hair. Go left and up the stairs. Keep going up through the tall grass and go up the stairs. Go into the ruins. Go the the center of the room and use Flash. The wall should open up and in there is Registeel. Hope I helped!

Get a camarupt then level it up to Lv 51 make sure you teach it magnitude. After get 18 ultra balls, 18 great balls and 18 nest balls. Go to registeels cave and save it infront of him then press A and battle him use magnitude once if it kills him press select start A and B all at the same time to restart it and keep on using magnitude until it doesn't die then keep on using ultra balls great balls or nest balls until you catch it
