Maybe this is not the title you want, but The Big Fisherman was about St. Peter, the Biblical character and first Pope. Certainly this is not a Science Fiction film!

There are a few films that take place in a female prison but none that were blockbuster action movies. Most were smaller films. The biggest hit was not an action movie but a musical called Chicago. It was based on the broadway play. Sucker Punch was a blockbuster action movie but took place in a female insane asylum and not a prison.
