Rukia is badly affected as well, and is kidnapped by two twin souls who lock her in a cabin. Now that no one in the soul society remembers Ichigo or Rukia anymore, Ichigo has to go and save Rukia. Rukia's memory is trying to come back when Ichigo appears, when Dark Rukia is created. Dark Rukia is a little bit like Hollow Ichigo, except not so Hollow-y.
