The Descent.
There are different horror movies which featured a woman that had become a monster. Black and white films that featured a woman as a monster included â??The Bride of Frankensteinâ??. In the movie, titled â??Speciesâ??, a woman pays the role of a creature which is a type of alien-human hybrid. Women have also played roles of creatures or beings in horror movies; such as a female vampire (â??Draculaâ??s Daughterâ??), a ghost-like being (â??The Ringâ??), and werewolves (â??Ginger Snapsâ??).
I noticed her too, in the front row in the last scene.
Quatermass and the Pit.
It is, in fact, the first zombie movie, and according to my source (and my recollection - I've actually seen it) it isn't very good. Very low budget, even for then. Just as a note, if you want to see it anyway, look up "horror movie box set" on Barnes and Noble or Amazon. It comes in a box set along with many other horror/zombie films (inlcuding the classic Night of the Living Dead)
It might be, Lady in a cage with Olivia DeHavalind and James Cann.
isn't it the very first amityville horror movie or something like that...otherwise i don't think there is a movie like that...Who knows maybe there is!!
White Zombie

A lot of the creatures in the movie The Cabin in the Woods were made to resemble existing horror movie monsters/killers. The people wearing the white masks were most likely created in homage of the movie The Strangers. And possibly a mix of a few other films killers as well.

You may be thinking of the movie 'They Live.'
I don't know if it was in black and white, but Rosemary's Baby had a plot of that description. The movie had Mia Farrow in it.
The Thing That Couldn't Die (1958)
The Tunnel
It isn't a horror movie, but you might be thinking of White Chicks.
