There is no specific legal age for one child to watch another child. However, it is generally recommended that a child be at least 12 years old to be left alone to care for another child, and older if the children are very young or have special needs. It ultimately depends on the maturity and responsibility of the child being left in charge.
The state of Alabama does not have a minimum babysitting age. It is never recommended that a child younger than age 12 be responsible for another child younger than them.
No.
Unless in Kentucky, "watch" is synonymous with "have sex with", then I don't see how there can be a legal age at all. How can it be illegal to look at another person? To my knowledge, it can't and isn't.
The Minimum legal age is Actually 14. But they are very restricted about working hours for minors of the age of 14-17 so watch out and good luck !

I am not positve if a sibling can watch over another sibling when a parent is away. But I Know for a fact that if one of siblings is at least 12 the child stay home by themselves. So if one of the siblings is at least 12 i think tht sibling can watch over the other sibling while a parent is away.
No, the non custodial parent cannot give permission to have a friend look after their child and non custodial means you have no custody rights so the permission should be granted by the parent that has custodial rights.AnswerIf you are the parent with legal custody you do not need the non-custodial parent's permission to allow your friend to watch your child. The parent who has legal custody has both the right and the authority to make that decision.
