The 2 most obvious differences were that the Olympic, which was launched first, had problems with splashing on A deck, Titanic was adapted to prevent this and so Titanic has an enclosed area at the front of the ship on A deck with a splash guard having been fitted. Also the windows on B deck on the Titanic are uneven in spacing however the Olympic's are evenly spaced.
The third class were treated to the same luxuries as 2nd class passengers of most other liners. The third class had access to the decks around the fore and aft cargo hatches, the poop deck, and both well decks. They also had an enclosed ''open space'' on D deck, under the forward well deck. Stewards and maids slept on C-Deck, and the officers slept on the top deck in the "Officer's Quarters", which was right under the first funnel. There were also sporadic crew cabins throughout the ship, most of the time near the part of the ship they worked in most.
Pretty much all of the first and second class passengers were up on deck, but most of the third class steerage passengers were not allowed up on deck because most people back then had petty, nasty class distinctions.
