What is the name of the mall in the movie Back to the Future?

At the beginning of the movie it is named the "Twin Pines" mall. However at the end of the movie it's name changes to "The Lonely Pine Mall" this is because the lead character Marty destroyed one of the original pine trees the mall got it's name from apon entering 1955.

It was named after the farm that Marty McFly drove the DeLorean into when he first arrives in 1955. Before this, Doc Brown mentions that the owner was crazed with pine tree growing. When Marty is driving the DeLorean out of the farm, he accidentally runs over one of the pine trees by the gate. So when he returns to the mall after finally getting back to 1985- it is no longer called TwinPines Mall and is now called Lone Pine Mall.
