Well that's a pretty generic question, but to narrow it down to any "public place", or perhaps this is simply a "test" question, the only place I know for certain is the tourist town of Cap d'Agde, aka the "Naked City".

As a naturist myself, this topic is well known in the society.

I've never been there, would like to visit, and that's probably it. No, I joke...It's a funny question, I am French and Ladies does not dance naked in public places, sorry but as the first answer said there are naturist places, I'm not naturist, Cap d'Agde is famous for that but I don't know if ladies dance... Besides that, there are "strip tease clubs" where gogo ladies dance naked on your table...
