You said Girl, not adult. a somewhat similar plot device was done ( without any witchcrafting) with the actress Elizabeth Montgomery sometimes in the seventies and was a TV-movie called She Lives. Heiress placed in suspended animation after possible ( offscreen) accident. she comes out of it and finds her Twin sister ( who has assumed her role) is after her money- something like that. This was a serious drama that mixed the plot lines of say ( Deceptions) with revitalized human beings. The churchmen, as one might guess, did not like the idea!
