[As of September 2016] No story line for a sequel has been announced yet but James Cameron has said that the story itself is large enough for additional movies and was something he had planned all along. The first sequel will most likely continue after the end of events of the first film and follow Jake Sully and Neytiri. As of now, no title or development plans have been announced.
