"Kensuke's Kingdom," written by Michael Morpurgo, follows the story of a young boy named Michael who is shipwrecked on a deserted island after falling off a yacht during a family sailing trip. There, he discovers he is not alone; an elderly Japanese man named Kensuke has been living on the island for years. As Michael and Kensuke form a bond, they share stories and learn from each other, highlighting themes of friendship, survival, and cultural understanding. Ultimately, Michael's experiences on the island lead to personal growth and a deeper appreciation for his home and family.
It is a plot divided into parts, each having its own plot yet contributing to the bigger plot.
This must be something in the cartoon segment of the film which was immaterial to the plot. there was a Disney animal cartoon- full length- the Fox and the Hound- with a racial tolerance in the animal kingdom plot implication. I do not know about Horses and foxes in Mary Poppins there is a scene with a magically animated Merry Go Round that turns into a real live Horse Race, with Mary jockeying for position. That is not the same thing. these were cartoon segments adding little or nothing to the plot.
a plot poem is a poem that has a plot, and seems to have a storyline as it goes through.
