Some directors contracts require them to deliver a certain rating to the film studio. For example, a director is required to make a PG-13 film. When he submits it to the MPAA, it gets an R rating. He would have to re-cut the film and resubmit it to get the required PG-13.

there are alot of them but two i can think of at the top of my head is people can out you down but its your choice to get back up and always belive in yourself.
