Two immediate similarities in my mind are that they both possess a bureaucracy to implement their rule and maintain police and/or military forces to control force.
india and north korea doesnt share any similarity in terms of governmental strutchur. while india is worlds largest democracy there n. korea is a failed nation with a communist rule.
Military Dictatorship
Anarchism and Direct Democracy are quite similar. Anarchists believe people should have the freedom to make the decisions that affect their lives. They create connections based on what they need to survive and solidarity, rather than for the sake of profit or greed. They employ majority or consensus decison making processes to do this. Everyone has a say. This kind of democracy is different from American democracy.
The rule of thumb that is useful for predicting whether one substance will dissolve in another is "likes dissolves likes". Similarity of substances depends on the type of bonds, intermolecular forces between solute and solvent, and if it is non-polar or polar molecule.
I would say not really. But the bad democracy can progress where as the military rule will most likely become a terrible dictatorship and the democracy would (obviously) be better. This is my opinion.

In a democracy, the people have control of the government; in a Dictatorship, one person has control of the government.A democracy is when the people rule the government and a dictatorship is when one or a small group of people rule the gobernment such as a military leader
