There is no such thing as a time limit. When you buy a new car and drive it off the lot it instantly becomes a used car. Of course you can turn right around and trade it in on another new car in 60, 90, 120, etc days, but you will pay the difference in what this used car you are trading in is worth, and the new car sticker, which will be less that what you paid. I think you are really asking if there is a cooling off period on the purchase of an auto and the answer is no.
It depends on the state but the usual legal requirement for a car seat is between 4-6. They usually have a height and weight limit.
what is the weight and height limit to sit in the front seat of a car?
there is no height limit to drive a car seeing how you can have accessory's such as break extensions and you can already just raise the seat level.
Obeying the speed limit, approximately 5 to 6 hours
car
The official title on both cars is present when trading to complete the trade.
The speed limit is exactly that. The LIMIT. Driving faster than the limit can get you a ticket. So, No.
by moving by the time limit the driver want the car to go
Just the net difference
No. You're still bound by the speed limit.
There is no limit to how many car titles you can have your name on.
No time limit but mileage has to be less than 500 miles
False!
15 days.
i recently read you are allowed 5 mph over or under the posted speed limit. and also that when you are legally passing a vehical you must got 10mph faster then the car you are trying to pass. is this true???
Sure, but you will have to pay the difference when trading in a used car for a new car. It lost considerble value when you drove it off the lot.
If you do not buy another car that is not trading one in, that is just selling your car to a dealer. You can always do that if you are desperate. You will get no where near what the car is worth. Normally less than wholesale is what you will get.
