There really isn't one exactly. There has been someweirdmoments, like Brian's Mushroom hallucination, or Stewie turning into a squid and laying hundreds of eggs, or Herbert's Somewhere That's Green song and fantasy sequence w/ Chris.
I suppose if plot had to be chosen, it would have to be Emission Impossible. It's not everyday a one year old uses a shrinking submarine and enters the body of their father & meets his sperm brother.
