Well, its all opinion. A youth may think it is fair when an adult may feel down on the YCJA. A person who has commited a youth crime will think the system is fair, because he/she doesn't want to go to jail. This is a bias opinion. Although my opinion is the the YCJA is NOT hard enough on Youth. If they claim our maturity level is not yet fully developed, then we need harder consequences for you so they can learn. This opinion is from a youthso not all youths will think its fair, as where all adults wont think its not fair.

If you're referring to the defendant - a juvenile wouldn't be appearing in 'adult' court anyway. That's why they have a juvenile justice system.
Yes, many youth have commited crimes. they are protected under the youth crimanal justice act. I know of people who have commited crimes and are not adults yet. Adults commit more crimes but youth still commit some of them.
