Dogs in the wild will hunt their food, usually be hiding to sneak up on it and then chasing the victim, finally pouncing on it to bring it to the ground for the kill. They will eat it raw. Dogs sometimes hunt in packs, to corner the prey, making it impossible for escape. African Wildies will usually hunt things like deer and smaller prey such as rabbits etc.
