Management without leadership also goes the same way. You may have the right ingredients so you can continue, but you don't have the authority to make them all happen. There is no such mission, vision and goal to follow so you can have a defined direction. When good leadership is combined with effective management, you can set a direction and be able to manage the resources the way you want. Not only that, you will arrive to your destination the way you have planned and wanted it.
