The Duggar family has traveled the country in a variety of motor homes and even a converted bus. Most recently they have been traveling in a bus that was converted for a traveling hockey team, which was great because younger kids could sleep in the bus overnight before a big trip.
The Duggars have many cars to carry so many children. They do have a trailer and I believe they have a bus but they have an SUV
they do for the older kids, but if the younger kids need it for some kind of ecation, then yes

That is kind of a personal question, unless you are talking about how much they make on TV. For that, the details are unknown of how much, if any, they get paid.

I would use a totally enclosed motor.
An internal combustion chamber powered motor vehicle.

Looking at a modest windlass used to raise the anchor of, say, a mid-sized motor yacht, we'll have some kind of electric motor to drive it. This will usually have a foot switch that actuates a solenoid to run the motor. The motor will drive a gear or gear set to spin the main drive shaft. This will drive the gypsy (which is used to engage the chain) through a clutch of some kind. There will be a locking mechanism of sorts as well as a manual recovery option, which will allow the anchor to be "ratcheted" or "hand cranked" and recovered. A housing of some kind will cover or enclose most of the working parts.
Motor homes are typically priced at around $3000 to $30000. That is a large range, and it depends on what kind of motor home you want. The shoddy hut on wheels? Or the mansion on wheels?
Possibly a broken motor mount? Depends what kind of vibration you are feeling Have you checked the tires for blisters? What is the angle of difference between the transmission tail shaft and the drive shaft? Has the drive shaft been balanced?
