Finland is a country with a high standard of living and a rich European culture. It has two official languages, so in some areas (particulary the Ålands) you can live with Swedish, if learning Finnish is too difficult for you. Besides, many people understand English. There are many Russian immigrants in Finland. For them it is a stable, prosperous country, whose people have similar mentality, but not the same drawbacks, perhaps except drinking.
