Digby Nova Scotia is known for its Scallops (pronounced "Skull ups" not "Sk al ups") and its lobsters. The Annapolis valley is known for its Apples (well its apple blossoms anyway). However, we have the same kinds of foods as any other place in Canada or the U.S. would have. We just specialize in sea food because we are on the sea.
This question is a bit of a problem for me. The Canadian Provence of Nova Scotia is just what we call a maritime Provence. Normal houses for cold climates in North America. Some of the neighborhoods are kind of neat with the old brightly coloured fisherman's houses. But really nothing unusual.
