If I had a Roserade it would be like this. Item: Big Root or Persim Berry 1.Giga Drain 2.Toxic Spikes 3.Endure 4.Petal Dance I would use that method because she can use Petal Dance which is a very strong move and not get confused because of the Persim Berry. She can also use the other method of Giga Drain and the Big Root. When she uses Giga Drain she can do damage and gain health. With Big Root she would do alot more damage and gain more health. Toxic Spikes and endure are just two moves that will help out with doing damage and lasting longer in battle.

Certain Pokemon learn it by leveling up, such as tentacool. There is no TM and no Tutor, so you might want to check serebii.net's attackdex to find out what Pokemon can use it and how they learn it.
