What level does Sneasl evolve in Diamond?

There is not a certain level it evolves at, but certain conditions that have to be met. You have to give it a razor claw and then level it up at night. Then you get one of the best Pokemon: Weavile.

You don't raise it to a certain level to evolve it - there's a special way to do it.

You must have the item "razor claw," which can be found on victory road, before you can do this.

1. Have your Sneasel hold the razor claw between 8:00 AT NIGHT and 8:00 in the morning. In other words, it needs to be nighttime.

2. While it's holding the claw, just level it up. It doesn;t matter how or to what level as long as you've met those two requirements.

3. Your Sneasel should evolve into a Weavile! ^_^
