u need a razor claw. You can get one near the end of victory road and it is west of the veteren that is there. After u get it make your sneasle hold it and then make it grow a level at night. Then it should evolve into weavil. If it doesnt evolve immeditly then keep training it at night. I dont know if theres a certain level that it evolves on but mine evolved on leven 42.
