What level is Cynthia's Pokemon in Pokemon diamond?

I'm not sure what you're saying here, but her Pokemon contain:

Garchomp: Lvl. 66

Milotic: Lvl. 63

Lucario:Lvl. 60

Spiritomb: Lvl. 61

Gastrodon: Lvl. 60

Roserade: Lvl.60

I defeated the Cynthia without breaking a sweat. I don't know if this helped, but my Party contained: Lucario Lvl. 36 (Just for Exp.) Staraptor Lvl. 35 (Just for it's HM Fly) Dialga Lvl. 51, Mesprit Lvl. 51, Infernape Lvl. 59, Drapion Lvl. 100 (Obtained in a trade).

She sent out Spiritomb first on me, and I used Secret Power once with Drapion, and 1 hit KO'ed it. She then sent out Gastrodon which I used Secret Power once again. I withdrew Drapion and sent out Dialga. She sent out Garchomp and I used Roar of Time and 1 hit KO'ed it. I withdrew Dialga and sent out Infernape. She sent out Lucario (A Fighting-Steel Type) and I 1 hit KO'ed it with a Flare Blitz. I withdrew my Infernape and sent out Drapion again. She sent out Milotic and beat it with a few moves of Secret Power (They have very good defense). Lastly, she sent out Roserade which I defeated with a Flare Blitz from Infernape.

As you can see, beating Cynthia isn't that hard, it just takes logic. I used pokemon.com/pokedex to find out what each Pokemon's weaknesses were. It was almost a piece of Cake. Hope this Helped! :) Z- the Two-time Pokemon League Champion. :)
