that its about an average guy who gains superpowers somehow and then makes a homosexual costume so no one will recognise them, even though you can clearly recognise them.... its just that nobody knew that person in the first place. and they love someone, or have a sidekick.... fight people. and then the mayor says to the superhero "we don't need you anymore". and then BOOM!! the badie stricts and the hero has to come to the rescue (oh the irony).
