Yes.
Some mistakes in the 1939 film version of The Wizard of Oz made it past the cutting room floor. One such mistake slipped by in the scene of Dorothy Gale and the Scarecrow fighting with the Apple Tree. Very briefly, in the scene, Dorothy is seen wearing comfortable, flat, bedroom-style black slippers. Immediately before and immediately after, she's seen wearing the Ruby Slippers that she's supposed to have been wearing from the time that the Good Witch of the North presented them to her, from the dead body of the Wicked Witch of the East.
When Dorothy is held prisoner in the witches castle, her hair length keeps changing.
