Well, it depends on which book you are taking about.
In book one, The Philosopher's Stone, he doesn't know the Weaslys and so is obviously not going to The Burrow.
In book two, The Chamber of Secrets, he goes with Ron, Fred and George in a Ford Anglea that Mr Weasly had enchanted to fly then hidden from Mrs Weasly in the shed.
In book three, The Prisoner of Azkaban, he runs away from the Dursley's house in a fury, catches the Knight Bus to London, is found by Cornelius Fudge, the minister of magic, and stays in The Leaky Cauldron for the rest of the holidays where Hermione, Ron, and the rest of the Weaslys join him.
In book four, The Goblet of Fire, Mr Weasly, Fred, George, and Ron come and get him by floo powder, though his fireplace, and accidentally smashed half of the Dursley's living room to bits.
In book five, The Order of the Pheonix, a group of aurors incuding the real Mad-Eye (Alastor) Moody, Kingley Shacklebolt, Nymphadora Tonks, and Remus Lupin come to get him, and they fly away on brooms while the Dursleys are away looking for a fake lawn competition.
In book six, The Half-Blood Prince, Dumbledore comes to fetch him personally and harry apparates for the first time, first to the house of Horace Slughorn and then to The Burrow.
In book seven, The Deathly Hallows, he goes with Hagrid in Sirius black's flying motorbike to Tonks's parent's house, and then takes a portkey to the burrow while others disguised as him fly to other safe places, they they meet at the burrow. George loses an ear.
It's just a movie set they've used for showing Privet Drive.
It is hard to say, because with each new director, the burrow changes, as does the number of chimneys.
Its somewhere in England, somewhere by a place called Stoatshead Hill.
None of them. The only type of battle that happened at the Burrow was when the wedding was crashed but we later find out that most guests apparated and no harm was done to anybody since they were just looking for Harry. However, in the movie version of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince there is a battle at the Burrow which resulted in the house being set on fire. This did not happen in the book.
The charm that increased Lily Evan's sacrificial protection charm (speculated to be called the bond of blood charm) became defunct when Harry came of age (17) or when he could no longer call Privet Drive his home. The charm worked because his aunt (or blood relative) accepted him into her house.
