After Croagunk evolves I think he only learns Poison Jab and Sludge Bomb, might be one or two more, but I don't think so.
Toxicroak is a Poison and Fighting type pokemon.
He can learn many but he can learn moves like giga impact and hyper beam when he evolves. So if you want good moves evolve him!

No.
Being a Poison and Fighting type Toxicroak is able to learn a wide variety of Fighting and Poison Moves. Such moves include Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Revenge and Brick Break. Toxicroak can also learn Dark type moves which are useful due to its heavy weakness to Psychic types. Some of the Dark type moves it can learn are Faint Attack and Sucker Punch.

Make sure you have plenty of revives and max potions. For Aaron, fire, flying, and rock moves are effective (Infernape, Togekiss, maybe Toxicroak) For Bertha, Water, Grass, and Ice moves are effective (Floatzel, Probopass) For Flint, water, ground, and rock moves are effective (Floatzel, Probopass) For Lucian, Bug, Ghost, and dark moves are effective (Giratina) For Cynthia: Spiritomb= Infernape, Floatzel Lucario= Infernape, Probopass, Togekiss Garchomp= Floatzel, anyone with dragon moves Milotic= Grass or thunder moves Roserade= Infernape, Togekiss, maybe Toxicroak Togekiss= Probopass, rock or thunder moves. I would recommend taking out toxicroak for maybe a luxray or roserade. anyone with grass or thunder moves.
Toxicroak does not evolve. Croagunk evolves into Toxicroak at level 37
Croagunk evolves into Toxicroak at Level 37. Also, if you wait one level, Croagunk will learn Poison Jab earlier than it would as a Toxicroak.

Ground type Pokémon.Steel. It's immune to Poison (takes NO damage), and many steel types can learn Earthquake to hit for high damage. Additional types, however, can make quite a difference, e.g. pull a Steelix against a Toxicroak and Toxicroak will smash it with Close Combat or most other strong Fighting moves.
