In the twilight books she is transformed into a vampire at the end of Jacobs part/ start of Bella's second part in the last book breaking dawn. The movie will most likely be the same so it will be in breaking dawn. If they spit breaking dawn into 2 movies which they are planning it will most likely be at the end of the first part or the start of the second.
