Actually he does. He plays one of the main bad-guy vampires in the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie that the tv show was based off of.
No that was Lindsay Crouse
After The Master drowned her, Xander performed CPR, removing the water form her body, and giving her air. This is the point where the Slayer's Prophecy comes into play. When a Slayer dies, another is born. Buffy dies, so another is bought to life. But, Buffy herself is revived, thus having the presence of two slayers at one time.

So far there has only been one Buffy film, the 1992 version bearing the same name as the series. Whedon had expressed a desire for a film continuation in 1998, but it never materialized. There has also been talk of an eponymous Spike movie, possibly as a TV or direct to DVD movie, as well as a proposed series of Angel TV movies or a movie about Faith or Willow. However,James Masters has shot down the idea of Spike saying he fears himself too old to play the immortal vampire if it wasn't done within 5 years, and David Borneaz says he would only reprise his role as Angel in a theatrical release. I think one is probably all we'll get at this point.
Hulu: A small selection of episodes is available for free. Right now I think it's the first season. Netflix: All seven seasons are available streaming, if you have a Netflix membership. Because Buffy is an older show, there aren't a lot of sites that have it, but to find others just type : " Free Buffy the Vampire Slayer Episodes " and you might find others. There are several television channels that still play Buffy, such as Logo, and (on occasion) TNT. Other places you can get Buffy could be at your local library or at a video rental near you.
I don't know of movies, but Michelle Branch's "Goodbye to You" appeared in "Tabula Rasa", and episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Branch "performed" at The Bronze in the episode. According to wikipedia, she also "performed" this song at p3 in an episode of Charmed.
She didn't.
Although it was never released to the public, there were two main reasons for Buffy the Vampire Slayer to end at season 7. One major one was the fact that the lead actress Sarah Michelle Geller publicly announced that she wanted 'a break' from acting as Buffy, and her contract had finished at season 7. Another reason was that the shows creator Joss Weldon got overly confident. He had an ongoing argument with some of the major TV producers, and so when the contract between Buffy and the Channel that it ran with ran out after 7 years, he left it too late to update.
