I'm going to take early 1800s as 1800-1850

Ohio, Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, and California. All the other Eastern states had been the original states and/or added during Washington's presidency.
