The triumphant main theme from the movie 'Willow' sounds similar to the opening of Schumann's 'Rhenish' Symphony. The movie's score was composed by James Horner.
A difficult question, because I don't believe there is technically a theme song to the film. The soundtrack is exclusively classical music. The song most closely associated with the film, and the one people are most likely to take as the theme is a section of Vivaldi's Concerto in C Major for Mandolin and Strings known as Allegro.
This may not be the answer as it was not played in the opening score. In "The Longest Day", the troops on the ships saw the paratrooper planes fly over and one was flashing the Morse Code for "V" or dot-dot-dot-dash. One GI asked what that meant, the the other said "Victory, you know bah-bah-bah-BAAA" and hummed out Beethoven's 5th Symphony theme.
The song "going home" (modern version of a piece from the New world symphony) was featured in the movie "Snake Pit" about a mental hospital.
The theme of "to be or not to be" is mortality.
Usually there are four movements in the symphony, which is based on the sonata-cycle: Sonata-Allegro form, Allegro tempo Theme and Variations form, Andante, Adagio or Largo tempo Minuet and Trio (18th century) or Scherzo and Trio (19th century), Allegretto or Allegro tempo Sonata-Allegro, Rondo, or Theme and Variations form, Allegro, Vivace, or Presto tempo.
No. The first movement is in the sonata/allegro form. The famous theme and variations for which the symphony is known make up the second movement.
They typically have 4 movements - 1st movement: Allegro (fast) in sonata form 2nd movement: Slow 3rd movement: Minuet (a dance with three beats in a bar) 4th movement: Allegro
Rachmaninov
Sergei Rachmaninoff (Rachmaninov)
A bridge is not a recognized part of Sonata-Allegro form. In the classical symphony the elements are, 1. Exposition, sometimes preceded by an introduction. A first theme in the tonic key of the symphony is followed by a second theme in the dominant key. The exposition is usually repeated. 2. Development, one or both themes are varied and expanded through several keys. 3. Recapitulation, the exposition is repeated, but both themes are now in the tonic key. 4. Coda, a short section which closes the movement.
18th variation from Rachmaninov's "Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini" :)
The order of movement in a symphony was broken down into four or five parts. The first part was usually a slow introduction, followed by a slow movement, then a minuet, and finally a rondo or sonata-allegro.

A motive is a smaller part of the larger theme! :)
Graveyard Symphony or the Darker Side is the name of Undertaker's theme
