A child has the right to a safe and healthy environment. If the child feels as though he's the victim of emotional abuse, he needs to report it to someone, like a school counselor or close adult relative or resource. That person can then act as a advocate for the child, which will hopefully lead to intervention, counseling or possibly removal from the home. * Please contact the following for assistance.
