It is toward the end of the film, the character wears an odd Green ( appropriate color) uniform and an odd piece of headgear vaguely like a Bishop"s mitre- it is not the customary officer"s or garrison hat, or police variant. It takes place in an anteroom in the back of the ( Palace) camera angles ( wihout words!) suggest the back vestibule area of a Church- and the costume does resemble a Bishop. more than a little sacrilegious if you ask me. as a kid, I thought it was a satire on ( naturally with the green costume) Saint Patrick.
