No sitcom followed the final episode of M*A*S*H because Goodbye, Farewell & Amen was a two and a half hour TV movie. It aired from 8:30 to 11pm.
If you meant to ask, what aired from 8pm to 8:30 before the final episode aired, that information has apparently been lost to broadcast history but from what little I can find, a M*A*S*H retrospective special aired prior to the finale.
