1. Ponytail strap or band
For girls and boys who prefer long hair, putting your hair in a ponytail or bun can make you feel fresher and make you look cleaner compared with a loose hair. During summer days, where you tend to sweat more, this look can let the air pass through your nape and back which can make you feel refreshed.
2. Light colored clothes
During the summer, it's advisable to wear light colored shirts like white and pastel colors. the dark colors are good absorbents and radiator of heat which will make you feel even warmer and uncomfortable. Aside from wearing light colored shirts, choose either cotton and linen wears. These are light and can absorb sweat more. Choose loose fitting clothes to be comfortable throughout the day.
4. Prepare hanky or face towel
Since you will most probably sweat more, if you can't get an extra shirt every day, might as well just bring a hand towel and hanky to remove those sweats to avoid body odor and maintain good body hygiene.
5. Drink a lot of water.
It is imperative to bring a handy water when traveling or if you are working in the field, make sure to drink a lot water because your body will sweat more and will tend to lose more water compared with non summer times. Also, make sure to drink only clean water to avoid water born diseases.
6. Stay Indoors as much as possible
Don't go out when the sun is striking hot. Around 12pm to 2pm. Those are the times, when the sun's heat is at its finest. If it can be delayed for a few hours, wait until around 3pm to resume to work or activities especially if you work directly under the sun.
7. Take a bath (Once or Twice a day)
This will prevent skin related bacterial infection, body odor and can keep you clean and fresh.

Eucalyptus Oil - Eucalyptus oil has a distinct aroma which makes us breathe easily. It has a pleasant fragrance which relaxes the whole body. It can be diluted with water and used to steam the face. Alternatively it can be dabbed on to the neck and head directly to avoid catching a cold. It can also be inhaled by dropping a few drops in a handkerchief.
