It will leave theaters abou after a month, though with the good movies like Avatar, it could stay in theaters for a long time and then come back in the theaters in a while, so we r looking at about December 18th? Hope this helps?
You can still find them. In the summer I always go to Cape Cod and we go to drive in movies all the time. They have made movie theaters. This is more convenient and you can see them night or day. They are around everywhere and show more than one movie. They also serve more beverages. Movie theaters have pushed away Drive in movies to make room for them. You can still find them though.

It's incorrect to say people in the 50s were not watching movies because they were. Movie theaters still did good business in that decade. However, there was a dip in attendance due to the proliferation of televisions amongst most American households. To combat this, theaters added widescreen formats, stereo sound, and made movies events. This brought people back to theaters in droves and erased the deficit that TV had created.
It is usually possible to get coupons for discounts on certain movie theaters or movies. It is advised to look for coupons pertaining only to nearby theaters to save time.
Most theater prices don't change price from week to weekend. Many theaters have day time (or matinee) prices and charge more at night. Beyond that you will need to specify which of the thousands of theaters you are asking the prices for; chances are you will find that information easily on their individual websites.

in his time theaters did not have good reputation. Many hated the theaters and it was a social shame to work in theaters.
