The thing is to not make a decision of any kind in anger or fear. That is a lifelong lesson. Talk with your mom and figure things out. For instance, if she has a curfew or some rules you don't like, talk them over until you understand them. Then, if you still would rather live with your Dad, work on that issue. Most parents want to avoid moving a child back and forth, especially in the teen years. It is better for you, too.
Lilly is moving in with Miley because Lilly's mom is getting a job in Atlanta and they all have to move there and lilly doesn't want to leave Miley so miley offers Lilly to move in with Miley and her dad and brother
your mom, your dad, your moms mom, you dads mom, your moms dad your dads dad
You are required to live with the parent that your custody decree awarded custody to. It doesn't matter what you want. If your dad has custody and you run away to live with your mom instead, it's even possible your mom could go to jail for this. If you think you can convince a court that it's in your best interest to modify the custody decree and award your mother custody instead, then you can always get a lawyer to petition the court to revise the custody decree.
He didnt want man to be equal with the Gods
Leo is the dad & George was her mom
Can't with a change in the orders, or approval of the aunt.
beg your mom our anyone that you are living with and tell them that you want to see your dad and that you want to go vivsit your dad and if they say no then you have to beg them some more.
If your father really wants you to move in, he could petition the court to modify the custody arrangment. They may or may not do so. However, it's weird that you want to move in with your dad if you don't like your stepmom. If you have some notion that you can move in with your dad, and get him to divorce your stepmom, and then get your mom and dad back together ... stop getting your ideas from bad Disney movies.
tell your mom or dad or the people that are with you
No, it has to be approved by the courts. See link below
It is hard. I'm so sorry for you.
It is natural to want to live with your mom in light of your dad's problems.
yes
you are 16 dad has custody you want to live with your mom Okay ^^^ I want to know can I go live with my mom I am 16 and my dad has custody
It depends on the reason and what the dad did to make the mom want him out of the picture
I'm not an expert or anything but you should be able to go move in with your dad, but in Texas you have to be over 12 to choose where you live. Your mom shouldn't be doing that YOU choose where YOU want to live as long as YOUR happy.:)
