After you beat the snowpoint city gym, do the team galactic event at their HQ in veilstone city then after u beat Cyrus go to the top of mt. coronet [sorry if wrong spelling] then after you beat team galactic up there you will battle dialga:)

∙ 14y agodialga is a steel dragon type pokemon steel type is weak to fire ground and fighting but because dragon type resists fire fire would be a bad choice if you want to kill a dialga use a ground or a fighting type
