She claims to have been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome).
She took ovulation-stimulating drugs.
She was hospitalized for overstimulated ovaries - which is a clear contraindication for IUI, and yet somehow she got pregnant. She either got IUI from an unethical doctor, or had sex with her husband despite medical advice.
In my opinion she deserves a *lot* more grief for her wreckless decisions leading up to the birth of the sextuplets than the Octomom does for hers.
No. Kate has repeatedly stated that she does not intend to get pregnant again, ever! If you follow Kate Gosselin's twitter account , you will see that she answers that question nearly every day.. and the answer is always the same. No no no!

The probability that Kate Gosselin will get pregnant again is extremely small. Even before her divorce from Jon Gosselin, Kate stated that she does not intend to get pregnant again, but would like to adopt a "tag-along" child. (October 2008 appearance on 'Regis and Kelly'. Given Kate's Christian beliefs, she would probably reserve a future pregnancy or adoption for after she has re-married. As of Fall 2009, Gosselin has state the odds of a future marriage in the near future are extremely slim (The View, September 15, 2009).

'Twist of Kate" is not in production, so there is no way to be on the show with Kate Gosselin.
Zero. Kate did not do IVF. There were no eggs transferred. Kate used Clomid and Intrauterine Insemination (they inject semen into her cervix) with both pregnancies. But, when she went to get pregnant with the tups, her ovaries became overstimulated with the Clomid and she had 8 ripe follicles. The Dr refused to inseminate her and hospitalized her. Apparently the Drs orders didnt matter to Kate and she had sex with Jon anyway and she was diagnosed pregnant 5 weeks later.
Kate Gosselin was born on March 28, 1975.
