Ownership of the wreck is a bit complicated. RMS Titanic Inc. has exclusive salvage rights to the wreck. However, those rigts only apply to US law. The Liverpool and London Steamship Protection and Indemnity Association recently claimed that they should have rights as they had covered Titanic and had given out compensation. Both parties settled in 2007. As the ship lies in international waters, the UNESCO Convention on the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage protects the Titanic from exploitation.
....I don't think there were any captions on the Titanic...depends on whether or not they had a comic strip contest. If you are asking "How many C-A-P-T-A-I-N-S were on the Titanic - then there was one - Captain Edward Smith.

England"s Rose- is a eulogy type song about Princess Diana. It was written and performed by Elton John. Princess Diana died in an auto accident in l997- nothing to do with the Titanic wreck. The song, by the way is an adaptation or parody on an older song Goodbye Norma Jean, which is about Marilyn Monroe. The character Kate in Titanic does not die- as part of the story line- so the Goodbye angles are , well off course.

No, but she used to. She quit during the first few years of filming Star Trek Voyager.
Well, in the version that was probably around the 1990's or above, the actor who has acted the part of Romeo was Leonardo Di Caprio or Leo Di Caprio, who also starred in the best-selling epic box-office movie of the year 'Titanic' with Kate Winslet. His image turns out to be younger and more handsome as fans and other communities call him in the Romeo and Juliet movie.
Smith
kate Winslet Weight is 56I would say she is about 5 foot 7 inches and 130 or 135 pounds.I believe the first poster meant 56 kg, which is equivalent to about 123-124 lbs. She herself says she is 5'6" though many media outlets claim she is 5'8". In her Titanic diaries, she frequently wrote about her weight, that James Cameron wanted her thinner, etc... and I believe at that time she said she was 126-130. Supposedly when she made "Heavenly Creatures" as a teenager she weighed 180 (which I find hard to believe!). Now in 2009 she says she wears a 6 or an 8 (not sure if she means British or American sizes), but that would place her probably in the mid-120's at her height.
Her mother's name was Betty DiCamillo and her father's name is Lou DiCamillo.
