D'Artagnan. He came to Paris from Gascony to join the Musketeers. He got into a disagreement with Athos, Porthos, and Aramis and was to duel each of them an hour apart. He became friends with them when the Cardinal's guards caught them and instead of duelling with the Musketeers he decided to fight with them.
There are 3 main characters. Actually 4, because later in the story, Dartagnon joined the three musketeers. The other main characters are ( ofcourse the three musketeers plus Dartagnon ) Porthos, Aramis and Athos

The Episode is Brimstone and it is something Porthos says to D'Artagnan after they kill the Cardinal's guards who have come to arrest them "Go home. Find a wench, raise fat babies, live a good long life." Is narrated at the end
