Probably a lot less than most people think. "Carnivorous dinosaur" makes most people think immediately of Tyrannosaurus Rex, which was, unquestionably one of the biggest carnivores that ever lived. But if you assessed all known carnivorous dinosaurs, their "average height" would be closer to a modern kangaroo that Tyrannosaurus.
