I think your timing is off. the movie is probably older ( 50"s to 60"s) it was called The Waltz King and was supposed to be a film biography of Johann Strauss. For some odd reason the lead character was referred to as ( Shawnee!) which sounds like an Indian tribe. Johann is German for John, so something like Hans ( like Honus Wagner of Baseball fame) might have been used. Shawnee doesn"t sound right. By the way the film was produced by the Disney studios and was televised on their weekly program.
