It is called "Sul'aria" - from the opera Marriage of Figaro by Mozart. the music is written in Italian even though Mozart was not - it was more romantic to do it that way back then - in one of the romance languages.....
I'm trying to figure that out too and I'm not 100% sure but I think it sounds very close to the music played in Shawshank Redemption when it shows the story Andy breaking out of prison. I haven't compared the 2 music pieces side by side but it seems pretty similar.
