i think: drinks: on the go, a parent would consider kapri suns or sunny D's. at home, maybe some orange juice. at family picnics: water or juices are good for outside play. snackage: chewy quaker oat granola bars or cheeze-its fruit is always good. and apple or banana is great! maybe goldfish crackers or maybe a frozen lemonade!
