I'm not sure the telescope itself had a "name". Neptune was first observed (by someone who recognized it for a planet) at the Berlin Observatory in 1846.
Galileo's drawings make it clear that he had seen it over 200 years earlier in 1612 and 1613, but did not recognize it as anything other than just another star.
The Hubble space telescope. The name of the telescope launched into space in 1990 is Hubble Space Telescope.
king Neptune is 5000 years old.You find out his age in the new TV movie Neptune's party. This movie comes out in August 2010

LRH a thinly veiled reference to L. Ron Hubbard in my opinion.

No, Neptune is a mythical god of the sea and he cannot be seen. A person on the planet Neptune coud not be seen with a telescope unless it was near the planet Neptune.
The Hubble space Telescope
Neptune was discovered by telescope.
Sorry, no. Neptune has a magnitude of about 7.8, which is below the level of visibility. It wouldn't take a very large telescope to find it, but you would need to know exactly where to look.
it can be seen by telescope in September thru November
