The radio program did not have one. There was some hokey business with bells and chimes. It was never quite clear where or for whom the men worked for. they were not G-men that is obvious. In place of the usual chain of command, risky jobs were assigned by drawing lots from a bowl- short straw gets the hokey task! Imagine something like that in even a Volunteer Fire Brigade (commanded) by Benny Hill? and it wasn"t jokey, it was dead serious. sonorous music played while the lads drew slips. I don"t think the radio show had a regular theme-song in the sense of say, Batman.
